1171483 - Can get to a state where only one frame is shown

This was my main nightly build (5-29-15), so lots of devtools and recordings occurred in a lot of tabs over the course of a few days. What eventually ended up happening is one frame stretched out over a large duration. In the gif, you can see the current recording is one frame stretched over most of the recording, and recording a new profile, same thing (except time slice is smaller). Call tree and flamegraph both are affected.

Debugging with browser toolbox, it seemed to get an appropriate amount of samples, and offset them correctly.

Not sure how to recreate, but this is similar to the bustage before with profiler times being off (but appears to be a rendering issue this time..)
