create more than a page of bookmarks and the bottom one in a folder is half
obscured.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.make some bookmarks (more than a page & in a folder as well)
2. click "bookmarks" go to the folder, move mouse right, see that the bottom
one's text is half off the screen
3. guess at its name, you can see the top of each character.. ish..

Actual Results:  the text is half obscured, just the top half of the letters are
visible

Expected Results:  Either the bookmark should be placed up a few pixels or a
navigate down bookmark list arrow should be added
