passed extended disk diags, reimaged host. if it fails again, we can bring it to iX for an extended burn-in.

I think now is the time for that burn-in
opened #YBU-555-58131 for burn-in request; will drop off at iX on Monday.

it appears iX has misplaced this blade. working with them to rectify the issue.
cool beans, they found our system, however it has issues.

Van,

What I do have in is A1-24475 from ticket VFQ-486-78519. I have not seen A1-25367.

Van,

System A1-25367. failed burn in tests. Tests revealed a problem with the MB and Memory.
The board and memory are to be replaced and the system placed back into testing.

Best Regards,

Jason
Hello Van,

Apologies for the delay, however the node has been testing on our burn-in with no recorded errors.

We will be prepping the system for pick-up and it will be in will-call shortly ready for the later half of today or this week.

If you have any further questions or concerns, we are here to help.

Thanks,
