Since Bug 1167063 has landed, we could remove workaround in bug 1167058.

After bug 1067058 landed, latest b2g desktop[1] have no problem using `widgetPages` attribute in manifest.

Looks good to me. Please file a bug to change dashboard app to use mozWidget instead of mozApp and let rex and yifan know it.
