1171928 - Use tabzilla-static.less across all mozilla.org pages

All newer bedrock pages [1] are now being implemented using the static Tabzilla wordmark. [2]

We should move all bedrock pages to use this new slimline Tabzilla for consistency (not to mention the added benefit of better page load performance).

Should we keep the tab on the mozilla.org home page at all if is just a link to itself? Or keep the image, without it being linked here?
