STR
1. On the phone screen, press the (physical) camera button => Nothing happens
2. On the lockscree, do the same => Nothing happens
3. Open the camera app, and do the same => You can see the focus action happening on the screen, but no picture is taken
Expected result
On the camera app, we're able to take a photo by pressing this button

Actually, you have to long press the button to take a picture or launch the Camera app.
