seen on commercial builds of linux trunk

2001-12-27-06-trunk & 2001-12-28-06-trunk

-open mail  in a POP mail account.
-reply to a message.  any message.
a Reply-To:  mail.server.server3login_at_startup appears in the recipient list
reassigning to the correct owner.

I am not seeing this on todays builds
Based on Tracy's comments marking WFM.  I've never seen this on Windows using
more recent builds.
