backspace closes "Accept cookies from sites -> Exceptions" window instead of deleting entry

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_3) AppleWebKit/600.6.3 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/8.0.6 Safari/600.6.3

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Pereferences->Privacy->Accept Cookies from Site->Exceptions 
2. select a domain from the list
3. press back space to remove the entry


Actual results:

The exception list window is closed


Expected results:

the selected entry should have been deleted
This seems fixed in 38.05 - will close this one
