Removing the left over apps/system/camera/index.html fixes for me too.

I guess you're switching branches, right? system/camera/index.html used performance_testing_helper.js which does not exist in latest tree, and camera is probably listed in .gitignore, so it won't be removed if you switch branch to latest. That's why it failed.
