RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 28586

Details

Hello. I don't think Mozilla should be popping up a msgbox for when servers
referenced in a webpage can't be contacted; if the server you explicatly wanted
to view (in the URL bar) can't be reached, then sure, tell me.

Current Behavior:
If you access a webpage, say www.somerandomserver.com with, say, an <IMG
SRC="http://foo.net/bar.jpg"> tag in the page, and server foo.net can't be
reached, but www.somerandomserver.com can, Mozilla pops up a nice Alert box
informing you that 'The operation timed out when attempting to contact foo.net'.

Desired Bahavior:
If the server you request, based upon the URL, can't be reached, let me know
about it. Otherwise, if some server pointed to in the HTML of the current page
can't be reached, be quiet about it (or at least let me turn off those
notifications in my preferences)
