Details
In bug 1168300 I added a test for listening clear-cookiejar-data, but it's only for app case. This bug is to add a test case for the mozbrowser iframe.

given Bobby has changed to clear-origin-data in Bug 1182347 and only 1 notification shold be sent, mark this as INVALID
