Before we can unlock bug 1136927 from nightly, we need some translation support for slow add-on monitoring.

Pascal, what's the procedure?

The original strings landed on master a while ago, most locales will have already translated them.

In general, if you land strings on master and they ride the train, there's nothing to do. The problem is only if you need to add strings on other branches.
