steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://marketplace-altdev.allizom.org/recommended on your desktop 2. Make sure you have selected 'Show everything for Desktop' 3. Notice the filter dropdown "show all content/Show websites/Show apps" expected behavior: The content filter dropdown is not shown when user is viewing content for Desktop actual behavior: Filter dropdown is listed on desktop. We don't show websites on desktop. So this filter option is redundant on desktop
