Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.7+) Gecko/20011228
BuildID: 2001122803

folders are non nested in a consistent manner

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open url
2.click on pub arrow to show content
3.click on mozilla arrow to show content

Actual Results: mozilla jumps to root level

Expected Results: should be child of pub

you can get this behaviour browsing a local drive too
I see this also on Linux 2001122508 when browsing local directories. The
indentation is wrong on initial open, or when going down the tree by
doubleclicking on a folder name. The indentation is correct if a folder is
opened by clicking on the arrow left of the name, but becomes wrong after a reload.

Bradley- I may be missing something, but I don't see what this has to do with
bug 95872, nor what another bug marked as a dupe of that one (bug 117699) has to
do with it. On the other hand bug 122707, which is currently NEW, is clearly a
dupe of this one, as is the brand new bug 130533 (via which I got into this
whole mess to begin with).

So. Under the assumption that I'm not missing something (always in my case a
risky one ;-) ) here's my plan: Bug 122707 has the best discussion of the
issue, and already has a few bugs duped to it, so I'm going to dupe 130533 to it
right now. Also to aid people who have to dupe that bug in future, I would like
to change this bug and 117699 to point to 122707. (Are the numbers confusing
enough yet?) If you don't want me to do this, or if I've missed the boat,
please let me know, else I'll go ahead and do it in a few days.
Well, they're probably the same bug, or related. And as a tree bug for a soon to
be completly disabled interface, its unlikely to be fixed anytime soon.

But if it makes you happy ;)
eh, call me picky
