The rocketbar and keyboard will keep closing after force closing an app.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a B2GDroid 20150608071805
2) Reboot the phone.
3) Open any app like "Clock".
4) Tap the "Software Home" button and swipe up on the "Clock" app in card view to close it.
5) Tap the "Rocketbar" on the homescreen.
6) Repeat step 5 observing the issue.

Actual:
The Rocketbar and Keyboard will keep closing after rebooting the dut and force closing an app. 

Expected:
The rocketbar and keyboard will not close by themselves.

This issue does not occur on the Flame 3.0

The rocketbar and keyboard do not close by themselves after force closing an app.
