Across the board regression in throbber start for web pages on nexus 5 only.

which points to Bug 1154298: Use XPSP2 crash URL for XPx64 and Server2003SP1 which is total BS. Device issue?

I'm not sure if this bug is valid, but wanted it the radar.

Sure.

In the future, we should nom bugs with tracking-fennec:? if we think they're valid regressions and want to make sure they get attention.
