117341 - Make bulk operations possible for saving of messages and attachments

Currently, selecting multiple messages and choosing "File"-"Save As" 
does nothing, the menu item is not disabled, tough.

I believe saving multiple messages with one operation was never
possible, but i have no older build to verify.

1. RFE: Selecting multiple messages and choosing "Save as" should 

1) open a directory selection dialog for selecting a base directory
2) should save all messages in this directory, choosing filenames
using the subject.

3) alternatively, the user should be able to enter a "base file name" pattern 
that is extended with a running number. How many digits the running number
will get should be adjustable (e.g. base file name "message(*).eml" should expand
to "message001.eml, message002.eml, and so on).

2. RFE: Selecting multiple messages and choosing "Save attachements" should 
do the same as above but should save all attachements in the selected mail/news-
messages at once; also probably with the name-mangling scheme depicted above.

This used to work (uptil september 2001 according to my mail-archive) as follows:

- Select multiple messages ( in my case all messages from one month)
- Choose save as (text format)
- Choose filename and folder
- Save

Creates one plain text file with all messages concatenated.

Uptil september 2001 I did this every month and after that it stopped working
for multiple messages

Why don't you solve that really annoying bug?

So two issues in one duplicate bug report. Resolving to the first one and add you to the second.
