Summary (title) Field:
[Aries][Customizer] Scroll bars for customize and main app area on right side will overlap each other

Description:
When the user is customizing apps and the customize section is large enough to be able to scroll up and down there will be ascroll bar for the customize section and the main app, these will overlap each other.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150610170534
2) Enter the customize app
3) Choose to customize the email app
4) Observe scroll bars on righ twhile scrolling

Actual:
the scroll bars on the right side overlap each other

Expected:
It is expected that the scroll bars do not overlap
