Click the uninstall button thinking it's the start button (due to a very different issue with the UI, but about:addons has no such problem, deals with smaller downloads and still has an undo link). Actual results: The runtime is deleted without a confirmation or a way to undo. Now you have to click Install again and wait for the runtime to download and install. Also, if any settings are saved in the simulator's directory, you've lost them. Expected results: A confirmation or a way to undo (like delayed deletion in about:addons).
Summary: No confirmation or undo when deleting a runtime: have to reinstall big things. → No confirmation prompt or undo when deleting a runtime/simulator: have to reinstall big things.

WebIDE is slated for removal (bug 1314811), so there are no plans to add to the current set of features.
