Steps to replicate:
1) Sign up for Mozillians.org
2) Become vouched (get 3 people to vouch for you)

Error found:
Once vouched, email address is not passed through to ExactTarget with MOZILLA_PHONE_FLG = Y

Expected behavior:
For vouched email address to be passed through to ExactTarget with MOZILLA_PHONE_FLG = Y
