Hi Devon,

This training doc is a lot more detailed and extensive than originally thought. Do a word count so we can adjust the current quote.  A few things to note:

- The localized content is likely to be longer than English.  Feel free to reduce to the next font size to make it fit to the same page.
- Adjust/reposition the icon images to make sure it flows with the text.
- The terminologies referenced in the training doc should reflect what's actual.
- Screenshots in the images are not quite the same as those from the screenshot project.  I would leave them in English. However, if you happen to have taken the screenshots for UI review/QA, fill free to replace them.  Whatever you decide to do, make sure it's consistent throughout.  Do NOT mix English and target language in one.  In the past, we have left them in English.
- Changes are you will download the file and upload it again after localization.  There could be font conversion between each import/export.  Do a check of where the icons are in a sentence once the file is checked into google doc.
