Description:
When a user signs into an email account to import their contacts (either Gmail or Outlook), they will observe that there is no option avaiable to sign out of this account, and attempt to sign into a different email address to import a separate set of contacts. This offers a bad UX experience, where a user may have multiple email accounts they would want to import contacts from, or if an improper account was signed in first that offered the user no value, they are unable to reverse such an action to import Contacts at a different time through this manner.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150611131651
2) Open the Contacts app
3) Tap the gear icon in the top right
4) Tap 'Import Contacts'
5) Select Outlook/Gmail
6) Sign into corresponding email account to import contacts
7) Select contacts to import (or observe screen that there are no contacts to import)
8) Tap Outlook/Gmail again to attempt to sign into a separate account

Actual:
Import Contacts UX proceeds through the same account, maintaining it's credentials. User cannot sign into a separate account.

Expected:
User is prompted by credentials which account they would like to import from (confirming password if email was input previously)

We do perform the logout automatically.

In some cases that logout can fail if we don't have enough time.

I think what we can improve here is having multiple accounts. So there may be an additional page after users
select "Gmail" or "outlook". The page will display the account name that they already signed in with and also provides an option "Add another account" on it. So users can import all the contacts from different accounts.

I don't suggest the approach "signing out to sign in again with another account" is that users may have the mindset that once they sign out with the current account, the contacts imported from it will be removed as well.
