Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to a local file, e.g. "file:///mnt/sdcard/test.docx".


Actual results:

A popup shows up, with options such as "download" and "WPS Office" (an app to open docx); and two buttons below: "download immediately" and "cancel".
(Note: texts on the popup above are translated from the Chinese version, so they may differ from the English version)

I have to click on one of the options, and then click the "download immediately" button to actually open/download the file.


Expected results:

Clicking on the one of the options "download" or "WPS Office" should immediately start the operation, no further confirm is needed, and the "download immediately" button can be removed.

Also consider removing "download" option as well, because it doesn't make much sense to "download" a local file. If "download" option would be removed, FF could also lauch the default app immediately if there is one, or allow user to select a default app for that file type.
