We've been working on migrating crash-related services over to AWS this quarter, and symbolapi is ready to go!

Amazon docs recommend that we use a CNAME to point to our ELB:
symbolapi.mozilla.org -> elb-prod-symbolapi-1701138562.us-west-2.elb.amazonaws.com

Actually jp just pointed out it'd be better to make it a CNAME to a route 53-controlled domain name, so we can change it quickly if there's a problem in AWS:

symbolapi.mozilla.org CNAME -> symbolapi.mocotoolsprod.net
