This was not done properly - the proper fix is to update the nameservers at MarkMonitor, not to simply update the NS records in inventory with no other changes. We pay per domain in Akamai so we should delete it there, too.

I've gone ahead and updated the nameservers for the domain at MarkMonitor - I'll give it a few days to propagate and then I'll remove it from inventory & Akamai control portal. needinfo'ing myself to check back
