User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 5.1.99; Build/MPZ44Q) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/43.0.2357.93 Mobile Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Opened the net monitor.
Loaded https://http2.akamai.com/demo


Actual results:

Browser got stuck for few seconds. And the time for http 2 is much higher when net monitor opened


Expected results:

Should've acted similar to the monitor closed scenario
