Details

The quotation marks placed around the q element as generated content should
follow the conventions in the current language (currently, simple inch/second
marks (") are used).
Duplicate of "Quotes nesting doesn't work [GC]" by way of bug 35725 ("Support 
nested <Q> tags, language-specific quotes")
