This issue should belong to system rocketbar, and it look like a general issue that all the activities will not display the rocketbar. So ni? UX about this behavior.

Hi Rob, is it by design that hiding the rocketbar while in activity?

Just talked to Rob face to face and he think it's by design that we don't show the search bar in the activity view, so close this bug.
