User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/43.0.2357.124 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

1. go to https://apps.webmaker.org/en-US/designer in google chrome browser

2. enter the app name as <img src=x onerror=prompt(1)> and click on save app button

3. internal server error is occured



Actual results:

 internal server error is occured


Expected results:

server error should not occured
