User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/38.0
Build ID: 20150525141253

Steps to reproduce:

Turned off "allow websites to choose their own colors" (please note this is in fact automatically set because High Contrast is on)

Opened about:newtab

Actual results:

Got a useless page due to failed rendering

Page uses background images as content. These do not show up. The result is the page is covered with buttons mostly indistinguishable from the background they are on. I had to look up how to disable the darn thing as the control doodad doesn't show up either.

Expected results:

Get a usable page
I'm not entirely sure if this is a duplicate of bug 1022593.
