Steps to reproduce:
Every time I try to blank out the SMTP username and Password fields, it auto-populates the initial Admin account in the fields.
Actual results:
I make the change in both the username and password fields, click Save and BOOM! The fields are populated again with the initial admin account information
Expected results:
The fields should be left blank as I'm trying to do SMTP without authentication

If they are populated, then they are by your web browser, not by Bugzilla itself.
