User Story

User Story:
* As a user, I want to be able to turn off Tracking Protection for this site, so that I can see the missing page elements.

Acceptance Criteria:
* Move existing TP enable/disable functionality from shield doorhanger to Control Center.
* Replace drop-down control with a button. Functionality is otherwise identical: clicking the button always reverts TP to its opposite state (enabled/disabled) and then reloads the page. As in current state, a decision to disable/enable TP is persisted across sessions until the user takes another action to re-enable/disable.
* Restyled button says “Disable protection for this session”
* When a user clicks the “disable” button, it disables TP for this site, then reloads the page with TP in disabled state.

User Story: (updated)
A.C. requirement change per the morning conversation with Brian, Matt, Ash, Tim. We're changing the button copy, and this is to signal that we're not persisting user decisions to disable a site across sessions.
