User Story
User Story: * As a user, I want to be able to turn off Tracking Protection for this site, so that I can see the missing page elements. Acceptance Criteria: * Move existing TP enable/disable functionality from shield doorhanger to Control Center. * Replace drop-down control with a button. Functionality is otherwise identical: clicking the button always reverts TP to its opposite state (enabled/disabled) and then reloads the page. As in current state, a decision to disable/enable TP is persisted across sessions until the user takes another action to re-enable/disable. * Restyled button says “Disable protection for this session” * When a user clicks the “disable” button, it disables TP for this site, then reloads the page with TP in disabled state.

A.C. requirement change per the morning conversation with Brian, Matt, Ash, Tim. We're changing the button copy, and this is to signal that we're not persisting user decisions to disable a site across sessions.
