User Story
User Story: * As a user, I want to be able to easily discern the difference between a security concern and websites tracking my browsing behavior, so that I understand what kind of threat I face. Acceptance Criteria: * Users see a new/different URL bar icon for enabled mixed content blocking enabled, so they can distinguish it from the TP shield. * Users see a new/different URL bar icon mixed content blocking disabled, so they can distinguish from the TP crossed out shield. * Users can still access existing functionality to disable MCB when it occurs on a page they visit. * MCB needs a new URL bar icon, TP keeps shield * Screenshot shows existing state with married TP/MCB sharing icon
