User Story

User Story:  
* As a user, I want to be able to easily discern the difference between a security concern and websites tracking my browsing behavior, so that I understand what kind of threat I face.

Acceptance Criteria:
* Users see a new/different icon inside the doorhanger for enabled mixed content blocking, so they can distinguish it from the TP shield.
* Users see a new/different icon inside the doorhanger for disabled mixed content blocking, so they can distinguish it from the TP shield.
* Users no longer see Tracking Protection in the MCB panel. 
* Users can still disable MCB when it occurs on a page.
* Screenshot shows existing state with married TP/MCB sharing icon
