User Story
User Story: * As a user who sees a struck out icon, I want to turn TP back on for this site so that I’m protected. Acceptance Criteria: * TP panel displays disabled (struck-out shield) icon, consistent with URL bar * Panel headline: “Tracking Protection”, styled as per wireframe below * Text styled as per design specs * Main body text says: “You have disabled protection on this site.” * Button text: “Enable Protection on this Site”. Button functions as expected (reverts TP to opposite state for the given site and reloads page) * Clicking button enables TP for site, reloads page, with TP enabled.

There's a discrepancy in the screenshot and the AC. If it is current functionality and we can say "Tracking elements detected on this site" in the body copy, we'll do it. If not, it's icing if we have time.
