Steps to reproduce:

When clicking on the following link, Firefox is throwing a 400 Error (Bad Request)
http://www.minhap.gob.es/es-ES/Areas%20Tematicas/Ordenacion%20del%20Juego/Paginas/InterdiccionAccesoJuego.aspx

the same link is opening fine on IE and Chrome

The link is a legal requirement for Gambling/SportsBetting companies operating in Spain.
