Details
Steps to reproduce & Actual Result-->
- Open download panel, that have some downloads file in that.
- Now, delete all the files/folders form the panel(popup window) using 'Delete' key.
- Make that panel empty.
- Now, again click on the download button.
- It popup that "No Downloads for this session", but at different place.
- This popup window is display at wrong place.

Excepted Result-->
- It should popup at proper place.
- means... it should popup under the Download button. Not at the other places.

I can't reproduce this using a current nightly build - version 45.
Do you still see this with version 42 or newer?
(not major. also please note priority field is for developers)
