Actual results:

After upgrading to 38.0.1, if the email have Traditional Chinese there is no problem, but if it have Simplified Chinese, it become trash and I need View -> Character Encoding to choose Simplified Chinese again to display correctly, so that I cannot print it too, before 38.0.1 it does not have this problem, when see email both Traditional and Simplified Chinese automatic display correctly.
I have tried encoding settings in Thunderbirds, and both Windows and Mac, and I have download 3 ver(Eng, TC and SC) to test, all not works!
Any solution or this is bug?
