bug 1174073 shows that, occasionally, things still get out of sync.

We could have a cron job run an "extra" sync every so often to "self heal". Chatted with :gps, and this should be fine (no issues with overlap with push-generated-webhead-sync).

Ideally, if the cronjob could notify on any "real sync" needed, that'd be great. Likely not worth adding if the functionality is not already there.
This isn't needed with the new replication system.
