Description:
If the device is not connected to wifi and cellular data is not enabled, every time they select something in the BuddyUp app they recieve the following error message: "Whoops! There was a problem with Buddy Up, please try again.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150616191346
2) Disable wifi/cellular data, or enable airplane mode.
3) Select the BuddyUp app.
4) Select any UI element in the app..


Actual:
A generic error message occurs which can be dismissed, but is triggered with every selection.


Expected:
There is no error message, or it is more descriptive of the issue.

NI on Doug to take a look, this occurs on almost every screen transition when you don't have a connection on a Spark device.
