Steps how to reporduce with EN-US SeaMonkey 2.35  (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:38.0) nightly by Adrian Kalla)  Gecko/20100101 Build 20150615204754 (Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit:

1. Launch Browser
2. Menu 'Hilfe' (Help)
   » Help appears
3. Click link "Häufig gestellte Fragen" (FAQ)
   » opens <http://www.holgermetzger.de/faq.html>

It seems page has been shifted to 
<http://www.holgermetzger.de/mozilla-faq/>

a) I do not think that that is a "FAQ" collection, but it lists some 
   interesing information
b) I will check later whether other UI Languages also are affected or whether that is a German Localization problem

Hello Rainer - I would like to work on this bug since it will be my first and seems like an easy fix. After building Firefox on my machine I'll need some help locating the part of the code in the code base that needs to be fixed. Would you be able to help me with this?

Can I work on this if its not assigned to anyone yet, it seems like a great way to get started with contributing.

I hope so. And SeaMonkey Help (in all languages) definitively needs someone who can do some maintenance.

Any updates? Is there something that needs to be changed or is the patch fine?
Sorry, I have been traveling the past two weeks and have a large work backlog, and SeaMonkey L10n stuff is a low-priority free-time activity for me, so I didn't get to look at this at all yet. I hope I will get to it later this week.
