Although, initially we wanted to implement form.html as a self-contained view, the code is too complex and has a lot of inter-dependencies so we are planning to split it into two parts:

- The basic one that will handle the common parts for the New Contact and Update Contact scenarios
- An advanced one that will handle the special parts that are only required for Update Contact.

In this meta we will handle the most basic one that is mostly related with NEW activity. We will also include the separation of logic and UI.
