1. Open a new tab in a brand new profile
2. Look at the snipped about your rights. 

As we are used to the snippets having an icon before the text - in this case it looks like broken. Why?
- no icon is used 
- if we want it without icon we should align more on right the text.

Jean can you take a look at this one. Is this as designed or is the image missing/not loading?

This is as designed: the rights snippet is built-in to the browser rather than sent by the service (since it only shows once the very first time you hit about:home) and doesn't have an icon. Changes to it will go through the release cycle.

(Keeping the needinfo for jcollings' opinion on if we should keep it as-is or update it to have an icon)
