Minor release and should be fairly safe/trouble free to update - we should do this as it includes a hot fix for a relatively nasty (but pretty uncommon) iOS Safari bug: http://blog.jquery.com/2015/04/28/jquery-1-11-3-and-2-1-4-released-ios-fail-safe-edition/
