The shortcut for Firefox on the desktop should be placed in the first spot possible

Currently when Firefox is installed, the shortcut is either placed as the last shortcut on the desktop or somewhere else (not sure if the "somewhere else" is the restoring of the shortcut position due to previously uninstalling).

I have noticed that Chrome places their shortcut as the first shortcut on the desktop, right after the Recycle Bin.

It would be nice if we did the same, as it keeps the visibility of Firefox high and less likely to get buried in a cluttered desktop.
