[Blocking Requested - why for this release]: As a spark user, I want to have control over my phone. Hence, any apps I supposed to have removed, should not appear again. Otherwise, my dogfooding experience is hurt. Steps to reproduce 1. Delete a default Spark app (for instance WhatsApp, if you're not a user of this social network) 2. Perform an OTA update 3. After it's done, go to the bottom of the screen Results The facebook icon is back, and it's still installed per the app permission panel.
Not sure how many dogfooders will complain once the build is release, but that might be a big downside. What do you think Doug?
