As discussed in IRC, we'd like to have Flash installed on the autophone devices in order to discover perf regressions there.

I've installed flash to the devices but need to add a preference to enable flash automatically. I tested this locally and think it will work: plugin.state.flash 2

Yeah, I think the default for fennec is different from desktop. I tested on a local device and it was definitely required.
