STR:
1. Open clock app.
2. Tap "Add alarm" button (in upper-right)
3. Tap the "Time" field.
4. Adjust the spinners for the time.
ACTUAL RESULTS: There's a periodic full-screen flash (showing the clock main screen I think?) while you're adjusting the time.
EXPECTED RESULTS: No such flash.
I'm using the Aries RC1 dogfood build that I flashed last night. I don't think I hit this in my previously-flashed Aries dogfood version (flashed on 5/29 and kept up-to-date with OTA updates), so this may be a gonk regression.

Most obvious glitch happens just after 9 seconds in:

It looks like the briefly-flashed screen is just the "new alarm" screen (the most recent screen that I was on).

Here's a photo showing the issue. This is just after I've dragged the time-picker to adjust the alarm time.
As you can see, we're flashing the "New Alarm" page (and its "time", "repeat", "sound" sections) over the top of the time-picker.

Seems like this might be related to the graphical issues described in bug 1171761 / bug 1171201. (In all of these cases, there's some recently-displayed screen that's popping to the foreground briefly.)
Setting as depends-on bug 1171201, on that hunch.
(However, as noted in comment 0, I think I only hit this in the latest (RC1) aries Firefox OS 3.0 build -- I don't recall hitting this in the build I flashed a few weeks ago. So, that's one distinction from these other bugs.)
Depends on: 1171201

(Actually -- per bug 1171761 comment 28, I think my build has the patch that fixes those issues. So, this bug here is indeed new & different [though perhaps still related].)

This bug only reproduces if "Hardware Composer" is enabled, in the Settings app's "Developer" section.

Note, there is a good chance this will be fixed by bug 1174810.
