Description:
We would like to establish a contract with Martin Robinson via Igalia to work on Servo. He is an experienced WebKit developer in the area of their graphics stack and tookit integration and has previously worked with us via Igalia on Servo's graphics subsystem.

For Servo, he would be working on our graphics subsystem. This work consists of:
- Implement reuse of graphics buffers
- Allow multiple stacking contexts in display lists
- Implement per-tile display lists

Time permitting, we would also like him to look into:
- Implementation of GPU painting
- Multiprocess Servo serialization/sharing of display lists

Time period: July 1, 2015 - December 31, 2015
Total hours: 850
Price per hour: 125 USD / 110 EUR

Their employee, Martin Robinson, will be working remotely from Oakland, CA.
