1175698 - Network pane doesn't work against recent Fennec

I can connect fine with WebIDE, and most stuff seems to be working, but the network pane shows no activity. This is with a recent-ish local build and Nightly build of Fennec.

I see a lot of this in logcat:

Looks like this was fixed in bug 1160837. My nightly/checkout were old.
